We Schedule all Drop-Off Appointments Online!  PLEASE READ GUIDELINES

DROP-OFF GUIDELINES
WE TAKE DROP-OFFS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

WHEN SCHEDULING PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE MORE THAN ONE DROP-OFF PER WEEK, PER FAMILY!
Online Scheduling is now available and preferred. If you are having difficulties with our online-scheduling platform, you may call the store. 

CLOTHING
- No more than 50 items per drop off
- New to gently worn condition, no more than 3 years old, recently washed
- No rips, tears, missing buttons, pilling, stains, smoke or odors, etc.

- Maternity Clothes - XS to 3X
- Children's Clothes - Preemie to 14 or Youth XL
- All clothing to be folded neatly or flat in 1 plastic container, wrinkle free

- We do not take drop-offs in plastic bags

SHOES

- A pair of shoes counts as 1 item in your 50 item allowance

- New to gently worn condition, no more than 3 years old, clean
- We do not take adult shoes
- Shoes Sizes - Newborn through Y/C 13 and Size 1 to Girls 6 and Boys 7

- We do not have the facilities to scrub mud or dirt off of shoes

TOYS AND FURNITURE
- No more than 50 items per drop off

- We do not take toys or items from Five Below, Dollar Tree, Ollies, or similar discount stores
- Include batteries, if needed
- Must be in good, working order (we need to be able to turn it on)
- Put small pieces together; items missing pieces will not be accepted
- All toys and furniture must be wiped clean
- No cracks, scratches or damage

BABY GEAR
- No more than 50 items per drop off
- Include batteries/cords, if needed
- Must be in good, working order (we need to be able to turn it on)
- Must be recently washed or wiped clean
- No cracks, scratches or damage
- No more than 5 years old

- We do not take scrapbooks, opened breast feeding supplies, breast pumps, used diaper bags, used sippy cups, and items that have been recalled

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
- Diaper Bags (they just don't sell)

- Carseats (for insurance reasons)
- Cribs (for insurance reasons)
- Used socks and underwear (for hygienic purposes)
- Breast pumps or used parts (they just don't sell; hygienic purposes)
- Diaper pails, case by case
- Items with stains or wear
- Items more than 5 years old
- Clothing with rips, holes or tears
- Stolen items (not the same as NWT)

- Discount items, such as Five Below, Dollar Tree, Garanimals, Etc.
